Ueda Hiroyasu 
The always cheerful and kind looking owner of a cakeshop. but what we did not know in the start was his sad past. WHEN HE FIRST OPENED THE SHOP Ueda went to look for some help and he chose to buy a persocon. Strangely he chose an old and back dated model and he feel in love with her. Even with people laughing at him, he still held a wedding ceremony and got themselves married, but this happy ending did not last long as Yumi ( the persocon's name ) started to malfunction and because her parts were difficult to find she was not repairable. Soon, her memory bank was destoryed to the extent that she could not even record information the very next second that it was passed to her but Ueda was determined to keep her as she was the one that he loved and loved a lot. One day when Ueda was walking home, he was almost killed by a lorry, but all of a sudden, Yumi pushed him out of danger and instead gets herself destoryed. This is remarkable because at the state Yumi was in, she will not abe able to tell that it was danger as all her functions are glitched up, but still she reacted and saved him. End of his first life story. LATER ON Yumi Ohmura went to work for him and they fell in love, but ueda was a little reluctant because he was married before and to a persocon, yumi thinkingthat it was because a persocon was so perfect and she was not able to replace a persocon left Ueda. NOW While Chii was working for ueda, she and Hideki manages to get Ueda and Yumi back again. Note that Ueda is almost twice of Yumi's age. |
