Epsiode 20 Hideki goes to Chii's work place to meet Chii and when Chii sees Hideki she runs up to him happily. And he learns that Ueda thought Chii how to bake a cake and it tasted very very good. Back at Hidek's work place, Yumi's father was very impressed by what Chii can do and wonders if theirs could do the same. Yumi seems very rejective of Presocons though. The next day,as Hideki gets up he sees Chii's droppy Sleeping shirt and gets a nosebleed again.... Gosh we thought he would be used to it by now.... Hideki looks tired after Sumono's morning exercise and Chii thought he was sick and was very depressed and when she learns that he is alright, she was so happy. On the bus, Hideki keeps thinking of Chii and that he is just a machine, but he keeps thinking otherwise... the conflict deepens but he shakes it off. Chii on her way to the bookstore picked up a Picture Book but suddenly she was taken by someone.... Later Hideki reaches home, but realises that the lights are still off. he rushes up but finds Chii missing. He gets a call from ueda and finds that Chii has not been to work today and starts getting worried... ... He runs off to find Chitose but she was not at home as she was in a secret room that allows her to monitor Chii and the 2 other Chobits. She does not help beause it was not what her beloved wants, but she is very sad by this. Hideki continues his search for Chii and runs off to numerous locations but still can't find her and he ends up at the booksote. The store manager recognises him and tells him that he saw Chii reading the new published sequel but then suddenly disappears and shows him Chii's hairclip. Hideki was a little taken back and now he confirms that some thing bad has happened. The focus turns to Chii now as she wakes up in a very strange environment. She does not know what happened. She see another Mobile persocon and that persocon tells her that she has been kidnapped. This persocon's master appears and introduces himself as Kojima Yoshiyuki and the other little persocon as Kotoko. Chii does not really know what happens but this Kojima person seems to have taken a deep interest in her because of the pure reason that he wants to find out what a Chobit is. Chii says her name is Chii and Kojima starts laughing because of the name and Kotoko does not seem very happy and Chii is very sad when he said that but she believes that Hideki's decision about the name is a good one and is happy again. Back at Minoru's place, he was still researching and we see Yuzuki very sad about her lack of ability to help Minoru. She requests to have more of Minoru's sister's data but then a call from Hideki interupts them. Hideki was very anxious and called him for help. Minoru asked him to calm down and asked him to meet up and he rushes to the location. Clips from the Epsiode
